2. Credit Purchase Refunds
One-Time Credit Purchases

- Technical issues preventing credit usage
- Accidental purchase within 24 hours

- Credits already used for transformations
- Unsatisfactory transformation results
- Change of mind after 24 hours
- Account suspension for policy violations
- Normal business use of credits
Credit Usage Policy
- Partial Refunds: If some credits have been used, refunds will be prorated for unused credits only
- Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire unless account is permanently closed
- Transfer Policy: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- Conversion Rate: Refunds are processed at the original purchase price
3. Subscription Refunds and Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions
48-Hour Grace Period
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase, provided less than 10% of included credits have been used.
- Immediate Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Access Period: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial months after the grace period
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents future charges but doesn't refund current period
Annual Subscriptions
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Annual subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full refunds available if less than 20% of included credits have been used within the first 7 days.
- Prorated Refunds: After 7 days, refunds may be prorated for unused months
- Credit Usage: Refund amount reduced by value of credits already consumed
- Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee may apply to refunds after 30 days
Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Immediate effect with prorated billing
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle
- Credit Adjustments: Credits are adjusted based on plan differences
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

- Completed Transformations: Credits used for successful AI image processing
- Downloaded Images: Transformed images that have been downloaded
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: Dislike of transformation results or artistic style
- User Error: Incorrect prompts or wrong category selection
- Policy Violations: Accounts suspended for violating Terms of Service
- Expired Trials: Free trial credits that have expired
- Third-Party Costs: Fees charged by payment processors or banks
Quality Standards
We consider a transformation "successful" if it:
- Processes without technical errors
- Produces an output image
- Follows the general intent of the selected category
- Completes within normal processing time
